Justine is originally from San Diego, California but raised in Central Missouri. She attended Columbia College, where she studied Business Administration and Marketing, building a strong foundation for a career centered on people, communication, and growth.
Justine’s professional background includes five years working in residential treatment with adolescents, where she developed a passion for helping others navigate challenges and achieve positive outcomes. In addition to her experience in youth services, she has built a successful career in sales and marketing, utilizing relationship-building, strategic thinking, and customer-focused solutions to drive results.
Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two beautiful girls who are at the center of everything she does. She cherishes family time, gatherings with loved ones, and creating meaningful memories together. As a self-proclaimed foodie, Justine enjoys exploring new restaurants and culinary experiences, and you can often find her family making their annual trips to Chicago to enjoy the city’s incredible food, culture, and traditions.
