Tod Kellen is a seasoned leader with more than 30 years of experience in business development, operations management, and organizational leadership. Known for his resilience and forward- thinking approach, he began his career in the medical equipment industry, where he played a pivotal role in building a company from the ground up into the leading choice for surgical training centers nationwide. This foundation shaped his commitment to innovation,perseverance, and cultivating strong, lasting relationships.
Today, Tod serves as the Business Manager at Velocity Health Group (VHG), where he brings the same passion and focus to supporting a mission centered on care, connection, and growth. He is deeply aligned with VHG’s core values—curiosity, authenticity, resilience, and drive—and is dedicated to fostering an environment where both employees and the families they serve can thrive.
Outside of his professional work, Tod is an avid horseman who enjoys spending time with his horses, caring for his farm, and being with his family.
